I saw Dr Warren on 12/17/24 . he was a wonderful caring doctor. This review in for the office management. I need my visit records for an upcoming colonoscopy procedure and they can not give to me because they are transitioning their system to a new platform ! How in the world you deal with patients hearts and can't provide information? no backup? unacceptable

Saw Dr Chau Vu. She did not review my old CTs. Nor did she explain why I was having chest pain for the last 3 years increasing to an event that sent me to ER! OR my knee and ankle swelling so much bone wasn't visible!!!NO PLAN. Just crestor and see u in 6 months. Didn't answer my questions walked me out to front desk as I was asking questions and walked away back to office!!! Only answer was 50% of patients are worse than me.

Serious lack of office management and customer service. Medical records, allergies, and meds put in incorrectly, no concern over correcting them even though I have serious allergies to certain meds. Can't ever get through to a human being at the office. You stay in an endless voicemail loop, and when you do get through to an extension that says it answers you wait on hold 30 minutes plus and then call drops because you've been on hold so long and you have to start the circus all over again. No one reads your medical records prior to appointment. Totally inefficient office. Felt. 1.5 hours late for Telehealth appointment today. Not one appointment has ever started on time. You make an appointment with the Dr and wait and then they try to put you with an assistant even though your appointment is with the Dr your PCP wants you to see. Total lack of respect for patient, patient l time, or medical history. They also don't share medical records with any other offices, everything is manual. Complete waste of time.

The administration in this operation is awful. Last 4 visits 1-1/2 hrs late. The causes are one or more of several: 1. The procedures are inadequate 2. If the procedures are ok, it's a problem with training or communication 3. If 1&2 are ok then it could be the caliber of the staff 4. If all else fails it's the supervision/management/ownership.

I recently went to this office for the first time in early January, and doctor was fine, but office is terrible. I had a follow-up appointment at 9:30 this morning to install a holter heart monitor. I showed up at 9:15 and was told my appointment was at 2:30 this afternoon and I should come back then. My appointment was NOT at 2:30 - I have a printout received at my last appt showing it was scheduled for 9:30 am, and they called me yesterday to confirm it for 9:30 am. After some discussion, the receptionist said she would check to see if anyone had time to install it. She then informed me that they were out of monitors because patients hadn't returned them and would have to reschedule for 3 weeks out. I asked her when they were planning to inform me that they had no monitors, and she replied they would have called me. Sure!
