Prescott Complete Care

I started seeing Stephanie a couple of months ago and can confidently say she is one of the most thorough and compassionate medical professionals I have met. No one has ever talked to me about my health goals and has made active steps to help me achieve them. She has a great bedside manner. She has changed my perspective, I have been to other medical professionals and have been to specialists that don't take their time with me and try to treat the surface level while Stephanie goes above and beyond and tries to stop the problem at the root. She is incredibly professional and all of the staff are very kind. I once had a C-PTSD flashback in the office and the medical assistant Alyssa held my hand and talked me through it, she comforted me in a very intense moment and handle the difficult situation with the upmost care.

Outstanding! Incredibly happy with Prescott Complete Care. I have gone to few doctor office's here and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Highly recommend them. Grace was amazing! Very professional and at the same time, personable. She was extremely thorough, kind, and listened. Can not tell you how happy I was with Grace and the entire staff. Again, Highly recommend!!

I was told this office accepted my insurance and that I'd only owe a co-pay. Two weeks later, I received a $200 bill by email with no explanation or mailed statement. When I called for clarification, I was bounced around, spoken to unprofessionally (a billing rep answered while chewing and saying he was "on lunch"), and never received a straight answer. I specifically asked for a detailed voicemail so I would have documentation, but instead I was told there was "no point " to leave one. Zachary even replied to my Google review stating they'd leave a detailed message, but that did not happen. For the record, the office has three of my voicemails with my phone number, and Zachary is welcome to contact me directly. All I have asked for is something in writing that explains why I was told I was in-network when I was not, and what exactly the $200 charge for a 20-minute consult covers. To date, I have received no transparency or professionalism. Patients deserve better.

This was my first appointment with Complete Care. Getting an appointment was quick and easy, the office staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Swanson was great, a good listener and very thorough. I'm glad I found them and will continue to use them in the future.

I really appreciate that Grace takes the time to listen and joke around a bit. Shout out to Brian and Marielle! I've lost 4 drs. up here, and am thankful for this practice! Many blessings to you all and the coming wee one
