Dr Henry Osei helped me get my life on track, found out my cholesterol was really high. He got me on probistatin, and I changed my diet, lost 20 pounds in weight. Lowered my cholesterol and my blood sugar. I'm no longer borderline diabetic. I highly recommend this doctor. He is straightforward with you.
I would like to recognize the superior care I received today at Dignity Health YRMC Primary Care on Clearwater Drive. I have to say I have always received quality care at this office. (I've been there about 16 years) but over the last year or so I believe that Dignity has really stepped up their game! Specifically, today, I saw Roberto Paredes NP-C, he is an excellent provider. I couldn't have asked for a better office visit. Well done, Dignity Health!
The service I received more than a month ago was great! The front office was friendly and helpful. The nurse I had was really nice, my nurse practitioner was caring and addressed all of my concerns. I definitely recommend this place for good healthcare.
It has been an OK practice. I am not sure why they have such a high turnover in the last few months. Needless to say I say I saw Dr. Osei, I sure hope that guy is temporary, let's just say I was not a fan. I am there for something totally unrelated and the guy blames my symptoms on a past condition I have. If I thought it was related to that I would have contacted that specialty doctors office and made an appointment directly with them. Needless to say I went to said specialist and he is referring me to another specialist that the doctor at this location could have referred me too. Way too much running around that was unnecessary. I gave them a few stars because front desk is always so nice, and they get me in sooner rather than later.
I've learned-do not judge a care provider by yrly Medicare appt. It is no test of diagnostic skills or potential care possible. R. Paredes,NP was outstanding when I actually had a medical problem. I was seen rapidly with advice and follow up complete. We don't always have to go to PHX for good care.
