My wife had a nuclear stress test at this center. She had some high anxiety that nearly caused her to abandon the final steps of the test (during the 4th hour of a 4 hour test). The staff, from the front desk (Tony), to the imaging specialist, (Zoey - AWESOME), and the nursing staff in the treadmill lab, (Nicole, Stephanie and Paula) were extremely kind, compassionate and professional. Due to great health, my wife hasn't seen a doctor in 20 years but an unexpected heart incident has sent her into the medical world of tests and procedures that she was not prepared for. These wonderful staff using patience and kindness, helped her accomplish this important test which will enable the cardiologist to refine her diagnosis. I commend these staff for going above and beyond, and treating patients with dignity and kindness. I'll be sending a letter to the Director, Mary Sterling, to recognize these outstanding individuals. Who would have thought such excellent care to be found in Prescott AZ ! What a blessing
