I have the very very very best primary care provider!!! Melissa Scott, NP of Centra Internal Medicine, in Prescott right next to YRMC, is absolutely fantastic. Cannot praise her enough for her extensive knowledge, professionalism, great listening, and consideration. Ms. Scott truly cares about her patients - she explains everything, answers all questions, and you are never rushed. Her dedication and follow-up are excellent. Recently Ms. Scott had another one of her intuition, perception, and gut feelings indicating she should order a specific radiology test for me. She caught a major diagnosis early, I am now seeing specialists. Thank you, tons!! So thrilled to be a patient of Ms. Scott and her office staff, Tish and Cynthia, are wonderful. Tish is front desk multi-tasking proficiency at its best. Nurse Cynthia is great at managing loads of details, interacting with patients, and you will not feel anything with her shots! All three ladies are super proficient, companionate, and personable who work extremely well together. Looking for a new provider?? Dr. Lyra Sihra is a great doctor in so many ways. We were so surprised at her dedication compassion empathy understanding. We are fairly new patients with her. The latest consult with her far exceeded our expectations. We are so fortunate she was still taking new patients when we called.

I've actually had a very positive experience with Melissa and have come back and plan to come back for future visits. I've been in Prescott my whole life and haven't had pleasant experience with any Drs here and even has to seek out of town for someone to listen to me. Now Melissa is here and I am so happy to have found her! She's attentive and knowledgeable. Any concern I have, she listens and helps me narrow down a treatment that will work. Her staff has been very nice to me and seem so patient with me and my toddler when he tags along. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the level of care provided by Melissa Scott. She is fantastic at helping me understand my health concerns and empowers me with the knowledge I need to help myself feel better. Her staff is also extremely friendly and always make me feel comfortable. Great care is given at this office. Can't say enough good about them.

I agree with all the negative reviews. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I will never go back. The staff are dismissive and unhelpful. I came in originally to see Julie Waite who was wonderful, caring and helpful. She left CIM soon thereafter and I was transferred to Melissa Scott whom I asked to order the required device needed according to my test results. All my test results were completed and the results evaluated, I only needed the order. I tried for weeks to get the office to order the device or let me talk to the doctor. I talked repeatedly to Cynthia (Rangle or Wrangle) who identifies herself as Melissa Scott's medical assistant and was given the runaround every time. I was told repeatedly every week that the order had been sent (it never was completed properly and couldn't be used) or that the doctor would only talk to me directly if I made another in person visit. The last straw was when she told me that my results disallowed the device! Consequently I went to another PCP with the original test results and within a week had my device in hand.
