This Dr. is a joke! Do NOT waste your time! He got up and left the room didn't even tell us he was done with the appointment. He was out talking to his employees about animals or something I had to find him and ask him if he was done. He ordered a ton of tests even though there were no cardiac symptoms and ekg was fine. Total money grab here for sure. Not bright at all. He needs to spend some of his money and vacuum the dog hair off his gross sweater and pants.

Dr. Patel is a joke. He spent our first appointment with him calling my wife a liar. Second appointment wasn't any better. Called her a liar again. Told her she wasn't feeling what she was. Even though we had notes of every time it happened. We will never go back to him and suggest you don't either. There are plenty of good cardiologist around. Don't waste your time with this so called "Dr".

they have helped me very much throughout the years with my heart condition. They make it convenient and easy on me as the patient. I cant thank them enough! I highly recommend them for your personal heart care plan. Edit: I don't know what has happened but their front desk is terrible now. I've called 3 times and left a message because no one is answering any more and I've received no calls back. Unfortunately I would no longer recommend them.

When I went to Dr. Patel 7 years for a baseline stress test, I had no issues with the doctor or staff. Since that time, my Medicare has been erroneously billed and I've had at least 3 phone calls for another patient with my same name. HIPPA? The final straw is a denial for Medicare Supplement insurance because the staff sent the records of the other Carol Baker - who does have a heart issue. If the staff members were truly efficient, they would not be sending the wrong info to Medicare and insurance companies. Makes me wonder if the other patient has good insurance based on MY health records...

Let's be honest the medical care in Prescott/Prescott Valley is not good ... and Cardiac Care has been the worst! The front office is rude , disorganized and incompetent! My mom had a stress test set for 10am with proof of apt. When I got to the office they told her no and that her apt was on a different day. We REFUSED to leave since I had proof of apt and waited for her to be seen. Her following apt was at 9 am and it's now noon and she is still waiting to finish up. They actually had the audacity to try and rebook half of her apt on another day. If they are trying to give an elderly patient a reason for high blood pressure or an actual cardiac event good job , they have done it!
