Had to change cardiologists 2 years ago due to a move and after research chose Dr. Akkad based mostly on patient reviews. I've been very happy with my choice so far. Didn't know when you get Dr Akkad you also get Katie Minor his assistant who is an absolute gem. Had a follow up visit scheduled with Katie yesterday and was totally surprised and pleased when both Katie and Dr Akkad came in to see me. So far so good and I definitely recommend this practice.
