Once called back I have never waited more than 5 minutes for Dr. Rampal to see me. Dr. Rampal is patient, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. What i appreciate most is that he really takes time to explain everything in layman's terms, even drawing pictures to help me understand. I also feel like he "knows" me.
