Very poor care. Refuses to send EKG or progress note to my surgeon or anesthesiologist for recent surgery. Refused to discuss my anticoagulant with surgeon. When I tried to discuss this after my surgeries with him, he became angry and fired me as his patient. I am an RN and consider this to be poor care from him.
Went to see Dr. Mitchell about a PFO in my heart that was believed to have caused my TIA. Hospital had told me it needed further investigation and possible surgical closure. Dr. Mitchell told me he wouldn't proceed with any care or treatment. Told me if a have another TIA or STROKE he would consider repairing the PFO. Left feeling like he just wasn't interested and am now seeking a second opinion because hospital said his response seemed incorrect and dangerous since I am at a high risk for another TIA. Was very disappointed in his demeanor and lack of concern
I've been going to Dr Ross for YEARS! Absolutely love him. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Just had a stress test, and it was actually fun. Kari and Lynette treated me like a best friend. I appreciate their professionalism, attention, and explaining everything to me. Gold stars for all of them.
