Although I haven't ever met Dr. Bashir, he seems to have a very qualified, knowledgeable & friendly staff. They are addressing my heart concerns & seem to genuinely care about my well-being. Their offices are centrally located with easy access to & from. Parking is free & abundant.
Staff is outstanding in Goodyear & Phoenix! Carla is a lovely, kind & knowledgeable PA, extremely satisfied w her care! Did recommend to my sister who is now a patient!
The care was excellent but the wait was too long. It took 45 minutes before going to the back room and then another 10 minutes before the Assistant Dr could see me. Way passed my appointment time.
The office was full of people when I arrived. But the staff was efficient and quick to provide check in and assistance with completing paperwork for my first visit. Called back quickly to room nursing staff was very polite and explained what she would be doing. Explained heart monitor and use. Test were done in office and follow up appointment made. 2nd appointment was stress test. Very organized and staff explained everything. 3rd appointment recieved results and scheduled for one more test at Banner for images. I am very happy with the Cartilogist, office and staff.
