Dr. Lopez is one of the best cardiologists I have seen. He is not the issue. The front office staff is atrocious. Rude, and rarely answers the phone. They sighed on the phone with me when I was asked to call to follow up on an echo. Dr. Lopez has left this facility, and I am glad I no longer have to deal with abusive and rude front office staff. Do not go here since he is no longer a cardiologist here. We as patients should not have to advocate for ourselves against front office staff who do not wish to do the requirements of their job.

Dr. Lopez is an amazing cardiologist, however the front desk staff is incredibly unprofessional and does not answer phones professionally or intelligibly at all. The last straw for me was this week when I called in to request prior authorizations for two medications my insurance no longer covers on their formulary list. The front desk gal not only didn't answer the phone in a way that clearly identified the organization or person I was speaking with, she made me explain why my insurance no longer covered the medications and then asked me which medications were covered to attempt a medication change as if she is my doctor. I am now changing cardiologists which really makes me sad because Dr. Lopez has been with me from the beginning of my cardiac journey and is an amazing doctor.

Doctor Prakash & Doraceta (sp) are 5 STAR - they are the reason I go to this practice. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They just brought on a new doctor, he seems great as well. Hoping the office management has improved. Hard to understand why front desk is awful and everyone else is outstanding.

Dr Sheena is the best. On my first visit ever to a cardiologist, she discovered I had a heart valve issue. She scheduled all tests and located me a surgeon when it turned out I needed an aortic aneurysm removed and a valve replacement. She called ahead to the hospital and helped me get registered there for my surgery. She managed my recovery at the hospital and visited me daily. I have been her patient for the last two years. Her office staff is available for any questions I may have and they always take the time to accommodate me. Dr Sheena goes above and beyond for her patients in a way that most doctors do not anymore.

Prakash is an excellent doctor. Very good service, accurate diagnosis, no extra trips, doesn't suggest any extra medications, tests ! Great Doctor Reason for 1 star: Very very poor billing department. Visited the doctor in August 2016, co pay done immediately on the visit. There are bills coming to me past one year with different different amounts and different patient names. When called up the office - Kerry apologized. However those don't seem to stop. Kept ignoring. Now started getting collections letters. This place seems to be a scam for me now. Guys, if you are visiting, make sure to make another visit and get a no due written letter else you are going to be in a mess for small amounts.
