Ive been a patient of Dr. Sidiqui's for at least 3 years now. As an anxious person myself, he is very calming. He is professional, kind and personable. Ive seen him at 2 locations; the deer valley & the thunderbird location. Thunderbird is very busy & they tend to fall behind w their appointments. I chose not to judge how long I wait or ding them in my review as things come up with patients. We only have one heart, ya know. I bring a book & im set. However, when its my turn, his focus is on me. The deer valley location is way less busy (like WAY LESS) & its my favorite location. The front and back office staff at both locations are great. Also its easier to get in to see Dr. Sidiqui at Deer valley than at Thunderbird.
I dont know why the low scores but I've had nothing but 5 star service.

I was a patient years ago and CVC was great. However now I have a completely different outlook on them. Most my experiences were bad experiences besides the woman who made my appointment she was fantastic! Too bad the rest of the staff wasn't like her. I was supposed to wear a heart monitor for 2 weeks however I only got to wear it for maybe 3 full days before it started having issues. I contacted the place that the rhythm star monitor came from and they treated me horribly.. Talked down to me like I was dumb and she was extremely rude. I told them I'd contact my Dr and return the device. So I contacted my doctor and was told by triage that nursing would contact me back. They never did. When I check in or out the front desk woman always made me feel like I was a burden when I asked her basic questions or when scheduling another appt. Everyone is super short. The day before I was supposed to have a echocardiogram and the heart monitor put on, they called and left me a voicemail saying the tech was out of the office and I'd have to reschedule my appt. So I called back 5 to 10 mins later and they just cancelled both appts and told me I would have to wait another month to have them both done. This is after I already waited a couple weeks to get that appt. I've been having a lot of scary issues lately and I feel like I'm just a number. I was able to still get the heart monitor on that same day but I had to make a separate appt at a different office to have the echocardiogram which is super inconvenient and its super hard to keep leaving work early for appts. I'm am going elsewhere. I work at a doctor's office myself and I get that people have bad days because I get them too but I didn't like most of my experiences with the deer valley location. I recommend checking out other companies before going here.

I'm surprised to see low reviews here. The administration staff has always been super helpful and accommodating. My mother has dementia and has needed assistance getting to and from her appointment. They've always worked with me to make sure she is scheduled in a timely manner. Our technician Katelyn was patient, friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable. The doctors and NPs are helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this location.

Worst experience of my life to date! My mom had congestive heart failure and had been a patient at this practice for almost 10 years. She had an episode of dangerously low blood pressure this summer and was admitted to the hospital. They discharged her with instructions to make an appointment with her heart doctor ASAP. CVC ignored her for several days, wouldn't reach out or give instructions over the phone, and wouldn't give her an appointment for almost a week!
The day she died, she was calling them asking for help saying she really needed an earlier appointment. The receptionist told her, "There are no appointments until tomorrow. Stop calling our office." Now my last memory of her is my mom calling me crying and terrified because she didn't know what to do.
Imagine my disdain for this company when three months after her death, I'm still receiving letters from them asking her to schedule a follow up appointment! If you have other options, I suggest you stay as far away from this doctor as possible!
