Staff & cardiologist were attentive and thorough; although I noticed the no meds were incorrect on a few details we provided - like how many times a day an Rx was prescribed. I created a portal account and hoped to see the doctor's notes on the records, but none were there even a few weeks after the appt. so I printed the summary of appt. and wrote what the visit was for and what the doctor said to us. Seems like the records should at least indicate what we were there to discuss and what the doctor's recommendations were, but not anywhere on summary of appt. to take back to my mother's primary doctor after she was cleared to travel. 'Disappointing to have access to portal and still have to call, explain, etc. when all could have been on records.
