Based on my experience, I cannot recommend payson heart . The treatment we received was unprofessional and disrespectful. A significant lack of communication further exacerbated the situation, leading to a highly frustrating process. Overall, it was a very poor experience. Additionally, the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, including casual conduct such as eating during business hours. There was a complete absence of follow-ups or contact. I strongly advise against utilizing their services unless the procedure is very simple, such as spider vein treatment. Furthermore, upon our initial visit, we were informed that our insurance was not accepted, though they indicated it would be in the future. They stated they would send bills but assured us we wouldn't need to pay them, which raised concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. Now, they claim they cannot assist us because our insurance is not accepted. Curiously, the front desk staff made a snide remark about my mother's cancellations and even laughed, which was highly unprofessional.
