Dr. Yilma saved my life with a Dx of an incredibly rare disease. Her RHC procedures are very smooth; the data is trustworthy and the Nurse Practicioner in her office is an expert. The all around care I have received has been noteworthy.

My husband went to her office to do a stress test. He failed it. The Dr. didn't give him the bad news her assistant did. You'd think getting bad news like failing a heart stress test could be handled by the Dr. We then had to schedule a heart catheterize in the hospital. We didn't know what was wrong with his heart so it was pretty scary. We get to the hospital by 7 and knew we were going to have to wait two hours (this is normal when your prepped for surgery..in AZ) we were warned ahead of time that the DR is ALWAYS LATE so we ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours on pins and needles because we were both anxious about this heart procedure. Again the DR never stopped by to talk to us and at least apologies for being so late. Or gee just stop by and comfort us in a small way like just saying hi. He was just wheeled away to the surgical room. We also had to request that after the procedure we wanted to talk to the DR. The nurse said she doesn't normally do this but she would definitely talk to her... We talked to her and you could definitely see that she was anxious to leave and not talk to her. No bedside manners, for a heart DR. she seems pretty heartless.

Dr Yilma is the most knowledgeable, professional and caring dr i have ever had. Her asst Brittany is also professional and personal. The entire staff is extremely helpful and caring. They saved my life.

I been going to this office now for 5 years, I have Dr. Rogers as my family dr and I see Dr. Carietta at times as well for things, I had a medical issue the other day and I was surprised that the Mesa office had not NA or Dr's available they were over at the Gold Canyon office that's away from me but the staff was excellent in doing everything they could to be sure i was able to talk to Dr. Carietta, i know now they have video chat i guess with the dr's but did not receive an e-mail to do that, so i called back to the office i let them let them know. i always get Sage and she is excellent magnificent i just adore her she is a gem!!!! i had told her i did not received the e-mail and she said no worries we will be sure Dr. Carietta will call you at home to help you and as Sage promised Dr Carietta called me at home within a few minutes later and helped me in a awesome way i sware that lady is super woman! She awesome my whole family sees her. Dr. Carietta and Dr. Rogers i am highly impressed with, they take there time to listen to you they take notes and have your file in front of them every time on a visit, they take there time with you to a lot of dr's that i previously been with i have left due to always rushing me out the door ! They do not rush you out the door and i very much appricate that very much more then they know it mean a lot, so if you show up at your appointment and you might be waiting a few minutes more do not be upset please, these two work very hard to really caring about there patients and meeting there needs, you can wait, they are worth waiting for. So i give 5 stars across the board they are excellent in knowing exactly what to do very confident and very comforting to talk to . I recommend them to anyone. I love the whole staff, working bees and do a terrific job the only thing i have seen with a hiccup in there system and i do not know why but when they send a prescription most times for some reason the pharmacy will not get it so , i ask them to call the pharmacy to be sure they get it. It not them it there system you got to love technology when it has it days of being a problem child lol ..anyways so just be sure if you get a prescription done the staff calls the pharmacy and be sure they get tha prescription. that the only thing other then that i am pretty happy with the services they provide and the comfort and care they give they are EXCELLENT WITH A CAPITAL E!!
