I just brought my son in for his follow up appointment today and was again impressed with this clinic. It is new and very clean and well organized. Each staff member who helped us, from the registration clerk to Iris to Dr. Bichette, was very friendly, patient and professional. The facility also includes a lab and pharmacy so you can take care of most of your needs on the same visit. I highly recommend this clinic!
My aunt went here and asked her nurse if she could speak Spanish. The lady, Kathleen Norman, proceeded to say "you lived here for 10 years and you still can't speak English? I guess it's time to go back to your country." This racist remark is not acceptable in an environment where help is given to the PATIENTS. We tried reaching out to the director but they excused by saying my aunt "misunderstood" the supposed "joke." Find new workers who are actually respectful to your patients.
Walk in no greeting from front desk lady's security just the look that could kill ... But the staff inside nurses are very happy n positive n dr. is always happy ....
They don't have their pharmacy hours posted so I thought I'd post a picture. My boyfriend goes here. The doctors don't seem interested in his care. Location is nice n close and the front staff is nice. Wish they cared more. Pharmacist Lilly I believe is her name. Is amazing. Hands down nicest and most helpful person in the clinic. Maybe even in my Healthcare experience in general.
