A big thank you to Sante of Mesa for all the care they provided to my dad during his stay there! The nurses were great and knowledgeable I really appreciated them, I always heard great things about them. The care from everyone there was the best, always making sure her was okay. Everyone in his care will hold a very special place in my heart it was great knowing he was in great hands. Thank you so much Connie for sharing a positive attitude with him and myself everyday it was always delightful seeing which silly hat you were wearing that day! It always made him happy to talk to you and always talked about it! Her cheerfulness made it a very happy stay. Thank you Sante of Mesa for everything you definitely deserve more than 5 stars!

I cannot sing praises to Oz and Angela at Sante of Mesa! My dad who is 87 years old has already been a patient at Sante of Mesa 3 times and each experience has been amazing! My dad LOVES the food, the staff, it is SUPER clean, quiet, homey, and doesn't smell. We had a 180 degree different experience at another facility so I know how different it can be. We are now looking at a 4th visit to Sante and super pleased with the communication from OZ, his visits to my dad in the hospital and being an advocate for my sweet dad. If you are looking at a Skilled Nursing Facility for a loved one, I ONLY trust Sante to care for my dad!

I was recently cared for at the Sante of Mesa. My experience was a positive one with exceptional care. While there were many caring people involved during my stay, I want to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to my daytime CNAs .. Sharon P., Catalina and Marlon. Each of them not only provided ready assistance, but did it professionally. Their assistance ensured that I was cared for as an individual and I enjoyed their humor. I also interacted with the facility Staff, Nurses, CNAs and Dining Room employees; all of whom maintained a pleasant and caring demeanor. I would recommend Sante of Mesa to anyone requiring post-surgery care.

Thank you to Dr Shaba, nurses, CNA's, PT, OT for their remarkable help in getting me on my feet. Their caring and encouragement helped me get home. The most important thing I noticed is that every department, including the diner, was helpful to other departments when needed. If a patient needed to go back to their room it was not uncommon to see another department employee take them back. They work together! My nurses were Jessica, Irene, Jody, Julia, . My PT Cody and Julie were amazing. My CNA's were Bryan, Marlon, Melissa, and Rhee and Carmen. They were always kind and quick to respond! Thank you Sante!

My mother-in-law has been to quite a few SNFs, and I must say this is the best in the Valley. From nursing to the kitchen dept, every single service we have received has been 5 stars. I would like to give a very special shout out to your nurse Danessa. She has been a peach since day1. She was actually my MIL first nurse at Sante of Mesa and was very pleasant and gave a very warm welcoming, right then, I just knew that our stay here at Sante was going to be exceptional. What really makes me want to praise her is one evening, my MIL put her call light on. So I came out and said she needed to be change, one of the nurses said "let me get her CNA for you," and Danessa told the other nurse I think she just went in the room with the new admit. Then said, I'll be in to help her.' I said, 'Oh, are you her nurse tonight?' She said, 'No, not tonight, but I'll still be happy to help.' WHAT?! Now I have to be honest, I was a CNA for many years at a LTF, and it is very rare to see nurses do ''CNA work,'' let alone nurses do ''CNA work'' on residents that aren't even assigned to them. So when the CNA came in later to get her breakfast order, I was telling her nurse Danessa went the extra mile and came in and changed her. The CNA even said how great of a nurse she is and alway goes above and beyond. I also like to praise Juliet; she is also one of my MIL fav CNAs that we see working with her on a very regular basis that goes the extra mile and alway smiling. Keep up the good work staff!!
