I always have a good experience with Dr. Patel. He is kind and takes his time during each of our visits. He never cuts me off while I'm speaking (sometimes it's the other way around apologies as I have lots of questions all the time), listens to my concerns, and is open to any feedback that I have regarding my health. The staff usually returns my calls or messages fairly quickly (only a couple of times have I had to call more than once, people get busy, things happen, totally understandable.) I've never had any emergencies, so I can't speak on that behalf, but as far as being a knowledgeable, caring physician, with the patient's best interest in mind, he's your guy.
