I went to Dr Kaplan a while back and at first found him very personable and thorough. The next visit was very different. Not only did he not know why I was there (follow up which he requested) , he had no recollection of the meds he prescribed, even tho, his lap top was open right in front of him! He was rude and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! BE WARE! Not to mention, since then I have had brief chats with other Dr's and nurses who stated clearly that he was unprofessional and needed to retire!
