Had a pet scan on Thursday earlier this week. I was very nervous but the staff was very kind and supportive. Helped lessen my anxiety; they did a great job. I am very grateful. Thanks to all. Mrs. Tom

On November 24, I called the office of Dr. Charles M. Jost at 4:20 p.m. to request assistance in Spanish for my mom's comfort, as it would be her first appointment as a new patient. Later, someone returned the call in Spanish; my mom doesn't remember her name, but the woman who answered did not speak in a very courteous manner. My mom asked for a few minutes to go to the car to get her insurance card, and the woman responded by asking why she didn't just call tomorrow instead. My mom explained that she would only take a minute, as the car was right outside. Then, when my mom provided her insurance information, the woman asked her to repeat it twice. Even so, my mom repeated it once more to make sure it was correct. Everything was in order, but the woman said she still couldn't find her in the insurance system and commented, "Well, with all the information you gave me, I still can't find you." My mom uses her insurance frequently and has never had any issues. Finally, my mom said she would call another place instead, and the woman simply replied, "That's fine." I don't know if she always speaks that way, but she gave the impression that she either wanted to finish her shift or simply treats others like that. She was not friendly at all.

My husband started seeing Dr.Jost when we moved to Mesa, 2 years ago. Dr. Jost is very thorough cardiologist. His years of experience really shows. He takes a real interest, by taking all necessary precautions with tests, and prescriptions, while making sure for a perfect out come. We highly recommend Dr. Jost, and hope he doesn't retire anytime soon!!!

Phenomenal! Thorough, thoughtful, fast dx, timely testing. Office staff is wonderfully efficient and courteous. The team at SWCVA is incredible and we are so happy to have found Dr. Jost. I highly recommend to anyone who has cardiac issues.

Southwest Cardiovascular Associates has given me the best thorough treatment, and care. They are very, very detailed with all the testing that I had done and Dr. Candipan has been excellent with my angioplasty procedures and my cardiac catheterization procedure at Banner heart Hospital. The one procedure that I'm still neglecting to do is a stress test actually a chemical stress test but I know that I need to do that and I'm sure that they will put my mind to ease once I'm get that scheduled. I know Dr. Jost is amazing with his experience and knowledge of cardiology. He could just take a look at me and know what my symptoms were before even had the testing done.
