I can't say enough for this wonderful hospital. It's hard for me to believe anyone would give a poor review. From check-in to discharge, everyone was kind, friendly and efficient. Dr. Sung did my procedure and I couldn't have been in better hands, but my nurses Sean, Edson, Angie and Carlos were fabulous, with Edson going above and beyond. I had an issue with my ablation and he had to step in and take control of the situation with Angie's help. It's too long a story to go into, but they were amazing with everything I faced, especially Edson. He got stuck with a lot of dirty work, as did some of the assistants! All of you, please accept my sincere thank you!

I was treated rudely by "Shay" a nursing assistant on the 4th floor . She seemed to enjoy arguing with me the patient.. And someone from the lab, he insisted on drawing blood in places that hurt the most..It was as if he didn't care I was hurting..When I asked him if he was hearing me, "Hmm?" Was his response...Very poor bedside manner.. He's definitely in the wrong profession. As for nurses Gigi,Lena and Halie I appreciate them and their kindness..And to Dave in who did my cardiac Ct, He was also kind, and professional. THANK YOU!

A lot of hurry up and wait!! Came to the ER via doctor referral and although we got back into a room fairly quickly (1 hr) we have been sitting in the actual room waiting for one thing or another for the last 7 1/2 hours. Asked for pain meds 3 times and response each time was let me check on that and we'll get that right in - only to still be waiting 1 1/2 hours later. Told we would be admitted 5 hours ago - but no room was scheduled so still waiting on that. Come on people - it can't be that difficult to coordinate these things quicker!

It would be cool if they cleaned the blood and hair off the floor before bringing someone into their ER rooms. Brought my father in to find they put him in a room that had not been cleaned yet with Blood, Hair, and other gross stuff all over the floor. Along with holes in the walls, etc. It was also fantastic that there is absolutely no seating for visitors in the room! 5 hours in the ER ROOM with no seat and a filthy floor.

BANNER HEART HOSPITAL is amazing. Kind caring nurses and everyone else on the floor. From the exceptional care we got at ADMITTING {she not only offered my husband, the patient, a wheelchair, she offered "me" one too when she saw my cane... All the times we've been in ADMITTING, no one has done that!!! Give that girl a raise } The whole experience today was simply amazing. Every time we have been to Banner Heart it has been excellent. Looking forward to the next procedure in July... Well, not so much me since I'm just the designated driver but knowing my husband is getting excellent care at this hospital puts my mind at ease.
