Starting from the moment we walked into the ER entrance; security workers, register workers, ER staff workers, up to when my fiance was admitted to the hospital room transporters, nurses,Dr's and cafeteria workers who bring the food up to the patients were all very courteous and helpful. The hospital rooms, restrooms hallways and outside areas are very clean and well kept up. I thank all the workers for being patient. I highly recommend Banner Baywood Medical Center.

I had double jaw surgery here on the 8th. The pre operative team was so incredible. They made me feel so safe. The anesthesiologist I had was Josh, who was also super incredible. He made me feel very very safe. One thing I took notice of, was how my surgeon came and asked me post op questions, the anesthesiologist, and then the nurse. I like this because it showed they don't play telephone, they all get the information from me. I think this is a wonderful way to stay safe and on top of things. After my surgery, a nurse stayed with me and helped me wake up. I was never left alone. They called my husband and let him know I was okay, and what room I'd be in. They got him in the room before I even got there, which he appreciates so much. He was so worried.The staff on floor 5, David, Jeff, Nida, Aubrey, and Hughette were all soooooooooo amazing!! They helped me with ANYTHING. I never felt like a burden. Call lights were answered almost immediately. They helped me so much, truly, I am so grateful to have had such a fantastic team of nurses for the days I was here. I knew I was in good hands. I wound up in so much pain after discharge that I came back really late on a Thursday. I was in a room almost immediately! They ordered me pain meds IMMEDIATELY. They helped my pain go from a 10/10 to a 1/10. They truly truly went sooooo above and beyond. All the staff, everyone I encountered at this hospital, I wish I could go back and hug. You kept me alive and helped me. Thank you so much from me and my family!!

2:00 am, 11/17/2025. I just left this place with my son, he had a fracture. The service was fast, and the people who helped us out were incredibly kind, caring and professional. Specially the nurse Lacey Edstrom. My God, the world needs more people like her. I can tell she loves what she does. She made my son feel so much better, made him smile even while being in so much pain. Very very sweet and empathetic lady. God bless you always .

Care was very slow. I realize my need wasn't urgent but my ultrasound was ordered, the Dr. and nurse said ultrasound would come soon. What a joke!! It was a least 1 hr. Till the nurse finally called ultrasound. They finally came. After that the doctor received the results/report back from the ultrasound department in about another hr. I've had this problem here before. I realize it was 2:30 in the morning but even to get taken to a room took over an hour an I was the only one waiting. It was the worst care I'd ever received at your ER in fact It was the worst ER treatment I've ever had. It took twice asking the staff for a drink of water and I was not NPO. The staff would say OK and then not do anything. I have never been to your ER when it has taken less than 5 hrs to get my concerns addressed even if you're swamped or if I' m the only patient. The staff were congenial, polite and kind, they were just not there mentally or physically! Shame on them and you! I deserve an apology!!

Very best Hospital! The care you receive is outstanding. They saved my life twice 7 years ago. During July and then again in September they helped my husband through to major surgeries. The care they give is outstanding. Both times my husband came through the ER, they treated him with the seriousness it deserved. The nursing staff was on top of care and helped me to understand the care necessary. I never felt out of the loop. Everyone encouraged phone calls and questions. It really was the best care possible.
