I will never go to dr Hansen again. He spent 1 minute with me and was walking down the hall as I'm trying to ask him questions. I loved that office before. I'm changing today. He's rude and has no bedside manner

I have been a patient of Erica Flores for a couple of years. She has actually saved my life. I had a very rare and difficult issue and she found it and was able to send me to a Cardiac Surgeon who was able to operate. If wasn't for Erica's very thorough diagnostic skills I would not be here today. Thank you so much Erica for being who you are. You are a patient understanding, intelligent, and amazing doctor and Iwill never ever go to another doctor but you.

Providers are OK. Office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE when you call to make an appointment. They send RoboCalls with a prompt for you to set up an appointment, these calls always come between 12:00 and 12:15, and guess what, they are CLOSED FOR LUNCH BETWEEN 12:00 and 1:00. I guess when you are a specialty office in a town of few choices shoddy customer service doesn't matter. There should ALWAYS be someone answering phones even if they have to place you on hold while they accommodate people in the order they called. Not answering patient phone calls is the epitome of not caring a bit about patients

East Valley Cardiology has proven to be the absolute most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to! Zero respect for one's time!! If your life depends on any cardiology test DO NOT under any circumstances trust this joke of an office!
