I am writing this review for my fiance who is a patient at Optima. The following is his thoughts for review. Optima medical is fantastic. Cynthia Harper is an excellent provider. She was very thorough and really seems to care. She addressed all our concerns which gave us some peace of mind. Also, the front desk and MA were really nice, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Optima ( Cynthia Harper, she also goes by Lynette Harper) for your primary medical needs.
Plenty of staff. Dr. Mulder is a fantastic doctor. She listens and is compassionate. I have never felt rushed. Her nurses are awesome. The wait hasn't been like other offices where I have waited 45 minutes. She is my husband's Dr also.
Going to the Dr is no longer a dreaded experience! Dr Mulder is very kind and compassionate! She really makes you feel like she cares about you and your problems! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on current medications and procedures!
I know anytime there is change in a routine, it is difficult. When Dr Mulder transitioned to Optima it was a change for everyone, but that should not take away from the fine doctor that she is. And her staff are not only professional, they have a wonderful caring attitude, and are willing to help with whatever is needed. The entire office and atmosphere Is very cohesive.
Sammie called me to the back not 5 minutes after I arrived. She was very attentive taking information. She asked what I was seeing doctor for. Doctor came in about 5 minutes later and went through each component of my labs. Asked questions. Recommended a prescription and said to try it. Let her know if problems. She continued asking for my input. Good appointment.
