The most unprofessional , rude, egotistical and neglectful doctor I have ever encountered. Due to his lack of concern for my extreme cardiac concerns and more interest in whether insurance would cover treatment, he neglected to address a severe cardiac issue that lead to an emergency pacemaker to be put in by a different physician; in a city over three hours away, because of his lack of concern it almost lead to tragedy. (my bottom chamber stopped working during surgery). When a follow up appointment was made with him. He was cold, off putting, and curious as to why I sought treatment from another doctor. When I expressed my concern for his lack of "interest" in the complications I was having prior to me seeking another doctor. I was told "why did I even waste his time seeing me" as he walked out of the exam room, His lack of accountability and empathy cannot stress the negligence in this doctors oath in "doing no harm".

Dr Kneller was nice and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was indifferent. In the treatment room the trash needed emptying and the ceiling vent was nasty.

Dr Pozin seems fine however had a stress test done on November 19 with results to be sent to my surgeon in Phoenix! Today is December 6. Was assured that was way more than enough time to receive my results! Surgery is tomorrow and still no results sent! Called office, was told they didn't have them in my file and could not locate them!! Was Promised a call back today from Tasha as it was her department! Never happened! I will never trust these people with my health care again!!! Go somewhere else if you want your records handled appropriately !

I'll begrudgingly give it a single star, for the fact that one (1) member of the front desk staff was consistently courteous and helpful. As to the "care and compassion" provided by Dr. Pozun, it was non-existent. As the husband of a former patient of his, it was my impression that this organization is much more interested in pushing a plethora of unnecessary and expensive tests and prescription drugs, than ever curing the problem. We experienced month after month pass by as my wife's acute aortic stenosis continued to worsen. Dr. Pozun was cold and unreceptive and was prone to a dismissive attitude whenever challenged as to the necessity of certain tests, and appeared angry after being advised that my wife was having a bad reaction to a particular prescription, and said "well, just quit taking it." Fortunately, the Lord guided us to an exceptional cardiologist in another county, and she is back to full form after a highly successful, minimally invasive procedure to replace her aortic valve, with no additional medication to date (other than a daily baby aspirin) and continuation of a very low dose of blood pressure medication. Bottom line, stay away from this place, BIG TIME.

I've visited Dr. Atassi's office in Parker twice and was very pleased with the professional staff and the courtesy shown patients in the office. No wasted time, I got the info I needed, the test results were explained to me comprehensively, everything was excellent. When you get older, you need to know there's a great cardiologist in town. PS - when you look over people's negative reviews for this practice, check their other reviews. They're almost universally super negative. These are people that just can't be happy, no matter what. I know the service I got, and it was nothing like what these people described. Entitled, pushy, irritable, and spewing it to the internet, classic American behavior.
