I had an appointment today and was a little leary after reading all the negative reviews. My appt was at 2 so I went in at 1:30. Wanted to give myself time for all the paperwork. Actually I had filled in a little from the as application they had sent me prior to my appointment. What a times aver. The waiting room was pretty much full. So after checking in and going over the paperwork, I had a seat and was called in within 15 minutes. The NP called me back and took my vitals. Then another NP came in and went over that information again. And within another 10 minutes Dr Atassi came in. Very friendly and personable. He went over other symptoms or questions I needed answers to. Made a follow-up for Jan and it was over So about an hour all total. I was highly pleased at the professionalism and friendliness of all office staff and Dr's. Don't know what all the negatives come from,, must be some bad hair days

I have never had such poor service from any doctor's office. The only reason I went there was due to Dr. Jerman went there. I stopped by the office to check on my appointment and found out he "retired". No one called me to even let me know anything. They didn't give me a choice who I was to see. My prescription ran out and I needed it filled. Due to Dr. Jerman didn't prescribe the medicine, they wouldn't call it in for me until I can get to my regular doctor (even though the medicines were orginally prescribed by Dr. Jerman and my regular doctor refills them per Dr. Jerman's original orders). The office personnel at this office are unhelpful and quite plainly just don't care. I am not supposed to be without my medication, but have been without now for 3 days. To them I am elderly and they could care less. It is very sad that I have lost the best and caring heart doctor that was out there. I am sure this office will not respond to this review. It took 30 minutes on hold just to get someone to answer a simple phone call. They answer the phone, "please hold" and then don't come back except to put you on hold again. Terrible customer service! The personnel are rude and unkind and could care less about people. They have no business working in a doctor's office.

Every time I call no one answers the phone and if I get a call back it's days later. My appointments everytime are at least an hour wait in the waiting room before I go back, than another 30 to 45 mins to be seen after that. My last visit Dr. Pozun was very unprofessional and used fowl language with me, that I didn't appreciate. My last call I was having an allergic reaction to a new medication and it took 3 days before someone returned my call when I was told would hear back the the end of the day, I ended up stopping the meds on my own until I heard back. The MA Tom and Eric have always very kind, good listeners and apologetic.

Been seeing Dr Pozen for two years after I had a stroke. According to Multiple DRs I've had multiple strokes but Dr. Pozen doesn't believe in reading charts or other drs reports. I also had a lupe recorder put inside me but because he doesn't know how to read it or get the information off of it he demanded I take it out as it wasn't helping. If your on Medicare or any short of government help he will always tell you your insurance will not take it even if they do. Dr pozen is a very greedy person only cares about how big of a cut he will get from the insurances. Not to mention how long you wait in the lobby just to tell someone they never had a stroke when the doctors never reads the charts. Save a life dont go here. Will never recommend anyone go here ever. Save your health go somewhere better.

Where do I start... Numerous attempts to schedule have resulted in "I'm sorry, your appointment isn't today, it's next week." I've scheduled so many times for this EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT, after a visit to the EMERGENCY Room at the hospital! TWO AND A HALF WEEKS WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR! We got a weird message for the appointment today, wrong doctor, wrong time! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU'RE OFFICE? My Veterinarian has better scheduling and care for their patients! Kingman needs a Cardiologist before these guys give everyone a heart attack!
