Beware!!! Horrible!!! never answer the phone for scheduling appointments!! You call back no answer still! I can only imagine how it will be getting test results!!! It's been days since my doctor gave me the information to come here!!! Keep in mind I do not have Ahccss!! They are very rude!!! I will find a different office take my insurance & my money somewhere else!!!

My experience at the West Valley location was the opposite of the warm, professional care I've always received at the Phoenix office. At check-in, Abby, the receptionist, spoke to me in a dismissive tone and even discussed my personal information in front of other patients. I asked her twice to stop, but instead of correcting herself, she became argumentative. I stayed calm and respectful, yet the way I was treated left me feeling humiliated and uncomfortable in a place where patients should feel safe. The other women at the desk seemed more entertained than concerned, smirking and laughing as I walked away, while Abby treated the next two patients with warmth and professionalism--a courtesy I wasn't given. The doctor and medical staff were wonderful, and management was apologetic and genuinely concerned, which I appreciated. Still, the front desk experience left such a painful and lasting impression that I no longer feel comfortable returning. All patients deserve to be treated with equal respect, privacy, and compassion from the moment they arrive.

Very RUDE receptionist when you call office!! If you don't like your job or people, you shouldn't be working in the medical field.

You see a cardiologist because you have something going on with your heart, pretty urgent. I called at least 20 times to schedule an appt, but there was no answer, or I was transferred to an ext where I continued to wait. Spoke to several staff members who transferred me after letting it ring 20-45 min and told me to leave a message. The mailbox was full. Yet I go there, and there is staff hanging out, doing nothing.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. I have seen two ladies here and they have made me feel so heard and helped me in getting a diagnosis. I have never had better drs and I have had manyyyy bad ones, when I find out their names I will update so they can receive the recognition they deserve.
