TERRIBLE PLACE! I checked in for a 1330 appointment. An hour later, no one had said a word to me as four other patients who checked in at the same time went in to be seen. When I asked the woman at the desk what was going on, all she could say was," There were other patients scheduled ahead of me"!? So their poor planning is now my problem! I don't think so. My time is just as valuable as theirs and a PAYING patient should NOT be treated in such a manner. I bounced with a quickness, and will NOT return! This is NOT a place I would suggest to ANYONE. No apology, nothing, the woman at the desk could not have been less interested. Good job ACC, you should be so proud!
