Phoenix Heart

I am not happy about what happened with my mother today. She has had an appointment scheduled for weeks. She took time off work drove all the way from the North Phoenix area just to be told 'oops we messed up scheduling and won't see you today sorry not sorry'. As patients you can't last minute cancel, you have to show up early, you always end up waiting but theses offices just say oops sorry not today our bad. These are patients with health problems and lives they don't have time for a run around. This is definitely a big deal. Update: The only reason this has 3 stars now is because the manager contacted her and did help with the situation by bumping up the rescheduled appt.

Staff is attentive, clean reception area & patient room. Dr was a great listener, respectful to me & my friend. Answered my questions & addressed my concerns. A great 1st appointment.

Extremely professional. I was given 1 on 1 with a physicians assistant and she was very informative and explained all the medical terms in vocabulary that was understandable. My medical procedure was quick and precise.

I just had a office visit with nurse practitioner Shawna Muchow she told me a couple things about my legs and I still have questions and she just got up and say let me get some information about lymphoma and i was getting ready with my questions and she never came back instead her assistant just got me inf that's it. I don't know if I have to make any follow up appointments nothing. Also on my first visit she never show up and i wait for and hour and she never show up...

I went for my stress test today and had the oppertunity to meet two nurses, Sheetal and Allison. They were both very professional and polite. When on the treadmill, they kept a close eye on me (I was a little nervous!). The coordination between the two of them was very apparant. I look forward to the additional testing they will do tomorrow.
