When you arrive as requested 15 minutes before your appointment. You see everyone getting called 45 minutes later you have not had the blood pressure ekg yet. So they get that done after you complain. Then stick you in a room that has not been dusted in 6 months to wait another 30 minutes so you open the door and give them the look. Magically a kind nurse practitioner pops in. She was great. Everyone is nice but damn. I can accept delays for emergencies but this was not the case.

Sent me to get blood work, It was a guessing game of where to go. Because they gave me no address or information sheet. Went to 1 place waited two hours to tell me they don't take my insurance. They gave me a sheet with other lab companies, Most of them on the sheet were closed down and not answering phones! I have now been over 3 hours fasting, and still no blood work! And no direction on where to go. Spoke with a guy on the phone and got a big run around. He was trying to send me where I already went and waited for 2 hours. I'm extremely unhappy with the way I have been treated and the run around I have been given. Why am I doing your job? You should have an accurate address to give me For blood work!
