All I can say is that upon arrival I was treated like I was the only patient they have. Check in was quick, appointment was on time and Dr. Malhotra took the time to examine and completely answer all my questions. I was never rushed. Highly recommend this Clinic.
My experiences with Dr. Malhotra and his team have been nothing less than extraordinary. He saved my life when another Cardiologist at a big named hospital said there was nothing wrong with me. Dr. Malhotra and Dr. Makkar quickly assessed my issues and resolved the problems with my heart in a methodical and efficient manner. I've had multiple echocardiograms, a left and right catherization of the heart, a heart MRI and necessary workups. They continue to monitor my progress and prescribe what is required for me to live a great life. I have recommended numerous people to Dr. Malhotra and he has saved more than one of their lives.
I have been a patient at Arizona Heart and Vascular for over a decade. Every time I go there, I am treated as if I am their most important patient. From the greeting at the front desk, the ultrasound technicians, the nurses and doctors, to the billing department, I feel special.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. First Dr. (No longer there) did permanent damage to my leg during initial procedure. Second Dr. seemed decent, but after waiting over an hour in lobby for procedure asked what status was at front desk. Only after that did they take me back and get vitals. Only to be told 15 minutes later that it would still be at least another 60-90 minutes before my procedure was to begin. So glad my wife took off work to drive because I was going to be sedated. Will absolutley never be back here. Plenty of other specialists to choose from that are true professionals. If you can go somewhere else, might want to consider it.
Arizona Heart and Vascular is a first class office. I highly recommend Dr. Malhotra as he is one of the best heart doctors out there.
