Dr.Swarup saved my husband's life! If we hadn't been in Mesa when his heart problems started and were sent to Dr. Swarup he would not be here. He is able to do any hiking in the mountains and desert he wants thank you from all of his family!

We selected this doctor because of his reviews but that was a mistake. My husband was taken to the hospital by ambulance over the weekend for high blood pressure, 179/102. He was released and advised to see a Cardiologist right away. He was scheduled to see Dr. Swarup today. He drove over 45 minutes one way to his office in N. Phx just to have a telemed visit! Why couldn't that be done from home?? But what was so rude and unprofessional was when my husband was telling the doctor what he experienced this weekend that lead him into the ER, the doctor just got up in the middle of him talking (didn't even excuse himself, just got up) and went to talk to someone who walked in his office. He proceeded to talk with this person while my husband sat there listening to their conversation. When the doctor finally came back to the video call with my husband, the doctor's phone ran and again without excusing himself, answered the phone!! Are you serious?! The doctor did NOT listen to anything my husband said to him. He didn't even prescribe anything for his high blood pressure, my husband had to ask his nurse to ask the doctor about it. The doctor wants to go straight to doing a heart procedure. I'm sorry but we're not letting this doctor come near my husband's heart when he can't even focus or take the time to listen during a new patient exam. Also they never answer their phone and I've left several messages to discuss the billing of this horrendous visit. They billed for services that were NOT provided (an at-home heart monitor and a face-to-face 60 minute examination). We've filed an appeal and grievance with our insurance and they're doing a fraudulent claims investigation now. Real scammers if you don't know billing or look at your EOB's. They're also being reported to the Attorney General's office and the medical board. I'd stay away from this doctor and facilities!
