Went there to get an EKG for surgical clearance! Staff was amazing and clear with communication. Results were sent right over to surgical team in a timely manner. They were very accommodating with scheduling as this was a last minute appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jeffrey Braxton, & Staff are kind, understanding, courteous AND, MOST OF ALL, knowledgeable. They WON'T take a chance with your health. YOU, as the patient, COME FIRST. I've been seeing Dr.Braxton and his staff since sept.2019. We began closing veins in my right leg due to SERIOUS weeping...(AKA-lack of circulation, veins to LARGE-blood backflowing, causing massive swelling, pain, wet socks, shoes, dead skin, and extremely soft skin vulnerable to easy cutting, and almost an inability to stop the bleeding. I had to visit the E.R. several times to get help. We were almost finished with the first round of vein closures when Covid-19 hit. It was necessary, for him to close the office I went to. Between the time of closing offices due to C-19, and the relaxing of the C.D.C.'s rules, I was in a fire. My RIGHT leg was burnt below my knee, badly, and a little bit above my knee cap. I didn't go to the hospital cuz I was full of adrenaline, and still in denial about my diabetes, and a new issue of not being able to heal like I use to. As a younger I had NO problem healing. But at 59, and being diagnosed with Diabetes a short 4,or 5yrs ago, AND, LIKE I SAID, I WAS IN DENIAL. It, my right leg became infected. Witch I played around with for close to 7months. As it only got worse, I finally told my P.C.P. about it. Was sent to a wond clinic, where I was sent to to the E.R. ASAP!!! I SPENT the next 8days in Valleywise on floor four(4).The best burn clinic in the country. After they did the best they could do, I was sent back to Dr.Braxtons office to RECLOSE veins that were unable to be closed during Covid-19. He closed the very last one on Monday day of June 13,2025. My leg has FINALLY BEEN ABLE to scab over, And will be compleatly healed with in two weeks. THANK YOU ALL, Both Dr. Braxton,& Staff & Valleywise Burn Clinic who i have been seeing since Nov.of 2024. I'm sure, when they see how wonderful my leg looks, how healed and dry it looks, and how it doesn't weep anymore, I will be graduating, from out patient, to patient if I have any trouble. I live in Globe, AZ and despite there being other podiatrists between Globe and "the valley," I chose to drive 1.5 hours to see Dr. Kim Leach. She has treated me before and her care has always been outstanding. Never has her diagnoses been anything less than spot-on, and her recommendations and care have, without fail, quickly corrected my problems. Dr. Leach has my unwavering trust and I'm grateful to have her as my podiatrist. Lastly, her bed-side manner is warm and comforting, so much so that my medical visits with her feel as though I'm visiting a friend and not just an another doctor. The reception and medical assistant staff are also fantastic! Professional, friendly, and extremely pleasant to work with. A special salute goes to Mercedes who went the "extra mile" for me during my most recent visit.

My mom received a bill in the mail for her diabetic foot care. We called and talked to Danielle about why it was sent. She patiently answered all of our questions. She was professional and kind. Thank you for your excellent customer service Danielle!

Extremely disappointing. I went to CIC for varicose vein treatment. After a year and a half of multiple vein treatments my legs are five times worse than they were when I started. At the end of my treatment I was told that the veins were still open. My insurance was billed tens of thousands of dollars. And it was not a fun process to go through. I regret doing it and wish that I had never started. My legs were better before I started And now I have to deal with swelling And discomfort every day. In addition to this, the chemicals that were used in the vein, treatment are now in my body.. I was told that the Venaseal l treatment was absorbed into the body after the vein was closed. I later found out that this is not true that the Venaseal glue stays in your body forever. I should've been a perfect candidate for successful treatment. I am not overweight. I am not diabetic. I have no chronic physical problems. I'm healthy and I exercise every day. Yet the treatment totally failed on me.
