Appointments on time, staff is thorough, friendly, and very competent. Dr. Tran always personable and professional. Constantly asks questions and wants to know any concerns. He consistently looks to pro-active treatments and procedures to monitor one's heart activity to the benefit of the patient. I feel most confident under his care and pro-active steps he takes to keep me abreast of my heart's condition. Couldn't ask for a better place to be in my current treatment.
I recently moved here from another state. I have a pacemaker and will soon be needing the battery changed. I had a bad experience with the procedure last time and I am nervous about having it done again. Dr. Tran was very understanding. He spent time explaining everything to me. He was never impatient or condescending. I left feeling confident in his abilities and comforted by his bedside manner. I'm thankful.
Dr Tran was the caring, professional person that I have come to trust and respect over the years I have been seeing him. He explained the results of the monitor he had me wear and told me options available to me and with no pressure let me reflect upon my options. So I'm 60 years old so I've seen my share of doctors in the last 10 years. I have to say, Doctor Berman is an amazing doctor. Well-versed and I enjoy my time when I go there to see him. He is the best!
