Cardiovascular Institute at Northern Arizona Healthcare

Gotta warn people dont go to this guy. He told me I had a serious issue after they used ultrasound and I needed to come back and see him. I asked if the dr could call me to give the results and they said no. One of the staff when its a serious issue the Dr. Likes to see people in person so that scared me since Ive been having health issues and have yet to diagnose it. I drive 30 minutes one way and waited 30 minutes in the waiting room. It was packed with people so they had over booked. I told them I had to leave my job to come in but they dont care. I left after telling them I can only be away from work for an hour and half. They called me saying the dr would call me. He calls and says everything is good. So why did he lie and say the ultrasound showed something wrong that I needed to come in to talk in person? I guess they get paid for visits so they dont care about my health, time or well being just money. I should have learned before when he had me drive to Prescott for a stupid worthless 5 minute talk. I live an hour and a half away in Sedona and once again I asked if there were other options and they said no. I feel stupid but these people suck dont ever go here.

Lizette Montano MA, in Dr Soto's office in Cottonwood, Arizona@ within the Northern Arizona Healthcare Hospital was instrumental in expediting care, and attention to my 82 year old mother on Friday, May 13, 2022. We came in (walked in, no appointment), per necessitated pre-surgery cardiac clearance. A recently added prior surgery requirement, cutting time short before scheduled surgery. Lizette, listened to our needs, and then went above and beyond superb professionalism, and then added unlimited compassion, and patience throughout. Thank you so much to Lizette Montano, and Dr. Soto for for their time, and genuine care for my mother!!

I have been extremely impressed with all the staff at Dr Bescak office. they have been helpful and very professional. Ortencia Herrera is Dr Bescak MA, she was extremely helpful. Dr Bescak is amazing very informative and professional. He has been helping me with my cholesterol level trouble. Thanks so much for all of your caring.

Went to DR Besack today. His MA Ms Herrera is one of the best of many Doctors I take my mom to. Can't praise her enough!

My mother recently started seeing Dr Randy and he is absolutely wonderful! What a blessing to have him in the Verde Valley.
