Takes over 2 hour just to administer a Flue shot even with an appointment. And every time we go for kids vaccine it takes over 2 hrs even though the appointment is specifically for that reason. Does not make sense what so ever. Also they can t figure out of state vaccines and provide a clear record. Not sure where to complaint..
If I could rate 0 I would. Lisa Workman NP is the most dismissive and rude DR I have ever encountered in my life. She bursted in the room, when I asked how she was no response, and proceeded to tell me we cannot cover the reasons I came in for needing help, and was extremely rude trying to refer me away. Do not recommend. I left and cancelled my appointment
I have to take a minute and recognize Jack Spellnan from the chandler location for actually helping me figure out what to do with my current situation and not only doing much more for me than was asked for and doing it with a fantastic attitude I haven't come across until he showed up. His boss or manager is very lucky to have him! Thanks Jack.
The only people we found to be even more useless and incopetent than the front staff... were the doctors at this location....run away from here!!! They will only waste your time and over bill your health insurance company. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!
I've always had a good experience at this office. I get seen on time. My care is great. I've gotten referrals to specialists and have been pleased. All in all, good.
