Sante of Chandler - Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Overall a good experience. Everyone Of the staff that I interfaced with, as a patient, did their job very very well. The CNA's were great.... They Really looked after me Also Melinda from house keeping Kept my room super clean... also the people that brought Me my lunch and dinner were friendly and courteous. The nurses were really Very good at their jobs.. Some of the people that made my stay at Sante Of Chandler enjoyable sre as follows: Damunique (CNA) Marcelline (CNA) Paola(CNA) Amelia Y.(CNA) Melinda (house keeping) Rafael O. (dining support) I thank each and every one Of them. Thank all of you at Sante Of Chandler for guiding me back to health. You are all truly Guardian Angels.

Typing this for my 93 year old grandma... Dear Sante, Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I did not want to be there, but thanks to you all it couldn't have been any better. I have told all my friends back in CO that I stayed at a first class rehab center while I recovered from my femur fracture Special shoutout to my favorites; Administration- Mario Front Desk- Mandi PT/OT- Maggie, Kathy, Katie and Jenessa Care Management- Girlie and Nikole Restaurant- Hector Thanks to each of you I was strong enough to make the trip back to Colorado to continue my rehab. My mother who lives in Colorado was visiting my sister in Arizona. During her stay she fractured her femur. After 4 days in the hospital my daughter who lives in the area found Sante of Chandler where mom was moved to rehab until she was cleared to fly back to Colorado. I flew in just as mom was being transferred from the hospital in Scottsdale to Sante of Chandler. Having never had a family member enter a rehab facility I was concerned about her upcoming stay and care. I will say that my mom's experience at Sante of Chandler exceeded my expectations. Since I was unable to stay the entire time mom was in rehab I left feeling as though she was being VERY well taken care of by the staff. It began with Mario in Administration who checked on mom regularly. Mandi at the front desk was always friendly and welcoming during my visits. Maggie, Kathy, Katie and Janessa for PT/OT were all patient with mom and committed to helping her succeed in healing. A big THANK YOU to Girlie and Nikole in Case Management, that helped navigate paperwork especially with the insurance company. And finally, Hector in Sante's restaurant. I truly felt mom was in the best care when I left to return to Colorado and I am deeply grateful for everything the entire staff at Sante of Chandler did for mom.

Our family had a fantastic experience with Sante rehabilitation of Chandler. We were very nervous, of course, for our loved one, but the staff at this facility was absolutely wonderful ...caregivers were great, very caring and of course Rehab staff topQuality. I also want to give a shout out to the Case management team ...very helpful through this difficult time. I want to give a special mention to Arvin, Luisa, Nikole and Girlie.. thanks for making us stay so much easier!

This is my Mom's 3rd stay here and the staff is attentive, food is good and nurses and CNAs are so helpful and personable. Dominique is compassionate as well as CNA Fine and RN Lisa is very considerate and helpful to my Mom's special needs. RN Sharon has been in my Mom's wing since the beginning and is wonderful at communicating my Mom's progress. Sharon is always available with her time to answer any questions we have and giving my Mom all the help she needs with kindness and compassion! Would like to also acknowledge CNA Xavier who is so attentive to my Mom and her care! Always comes in with a smile and fully willing to help her with every need!
