Scheduling was efficient. Wait time was less than 15 minutes, they even have a sign that if you are waiting 15 minutes to come to the front desk! Dr. Hamburg was knowledgeable, not rushed, and very pleasant. I had 2 follow up tests. The staff told me exactly what to expect and how to prepare. The doctor showed me on the echo test itself exactly what he was looking at and gave me test results immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Hamburg and Central AZ Heart Specialists.
Sofia, the "supervisor" I spoke to is cold and mean on the phone. She only answered in "yes and no" answers instead of full sentences and showed no communication skills or rapport building skills. She sighed deeply when she finally decided to be helpful and was very gruff throughout. Hopefully this does not reflect on how the overall office experience will be!
