Dr.Anazi and staff are absolutely amazing, they take the time to listen to me and explain things in full detail. They don't just brush you under the rug and move you along. I see some people complain about wait times, but this is a given because they are really taking the time to help their patients learn and understand the plan. Going to an electrophysiologist is always kinda scary, but this place is warm and welcoming, they have made a big difference in my life!

my bills are always jacked up i have to call the insurance to get them to challenge this groups charges every month it's very frustrating, they're always overcharging and i have the bills to prove it, be careful, find another doctor, stay well and avoid Dr. Bisla and Danielle Zitek they're only after your wallet. 30+ charges over $100 they've tried to give me that insurance decided was fraudulent, 30 charges that's $3000 in one year, i can't imagine how much they're taking in on people that aren't looking at their bills

First time here and so far not impressed. Was told to be here 30 minutes before our appointment time only to be stuck in a waiting room until well past our actual appointment time. The waiting room was packed and not enough seats to sit everyone, people had to be standing up for a long time. Not to mention that most of these people are elderly or in poor health. Very unprofessional. I added a picture of all the seats taken up, but what you can't see is all the people standing up. Don't book so many appointments all around the same time and then tell people to be early. On top of that I didn't find the staff to be too friendly either.

Dr Anazi did a great job addressing my initial procedure to resolve my afib when I was admitted to the hospital. However, could not be more disappointed with the follow up at this office weeks after. Follow up was short, felt like a "get the line moving in and out" approach - seemed the goal was to get patients in and out as fast as possible". That alone was ok because the tests he ran came out perfectly fine but what I'm most upset about is a few days after my follow up I started having chest pains and shortness of breath and was due to be on a plane the next day. I called the office at 8am (when they opened) left a message about my concerns and asked for a call back so I could further explain my symptoms and determine next steps before being scheduled to be on a flight out of town..... it's now been 4 days since that message and I have not heard back.

While Dr Anazi was experienced and performed a great job replacing my husbands defibrillator battery/generator the follow up visit could have been more thorough. He spent the visit hooking up the iPad to check my husbands device which should have been done before. At one point he could not find the cord so was not going to be able to check it until last minute he found it. Not once did he look at the incision site to make sure it looked clean and no signs of infection. At a minimum I felt he should have looked at the site. Lastly, I had to ask if we are done as he walked out of the room because we were left and I was wondering where he was going. The office staff an A + nice as ever. Just could have been a more thorough visit.
