Banner is the worst clinic it doesn't matter what location you'll choose. I can say that I moved from the best doctors and hospitals in Ohio to unprofessional, uneducated and ignorant medical care all together in AZ and especially in Banner. From forgetting to send blood work to the lab, then lying for a month that they did, then forget to refrigerate the urine, canceling appointments in the last minute, not to mention that clinical staff won't make a difference between doctor's specialties. Neurology and nephrology will be the same for them. They have no empathy for their patients, is everything about making money. I can't really say that there is any good hospital or doctor in Az since I give up on seeing any doctor period. It is not worth the hassle to transfer the medical records from one Dr to another and be canceled at the last minute then watch for another provider and transfer the records again and so on. I would like to mention that they are about 50 yrs behind with the technology and medical equipment. A third world country would be better than them. I don't recall seeing a single medical staff in Ohio taking notes on a piece of paper and not recording in the computer medical history. I wonder if they got their diplomas at Walmart medical university (sarcasm).

Banner Health Clinic does a wonderful job for their patients! Easy to make and get an appointment and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. They really understand the human part of health care!

first visit was excellent. Professional all around, Great experience with the staff nurses doctors all great if you want to professional honest reliable place to go this is the place.

Dr. Agrawal and his staff at both Mesa and Chandler locations are always friendly, professional, informative and concerned.

The staff at Banner Cardiology are amazing especially Dr. Patel. He is very kind and listens to you when you speak. He truly cares about your health and wellbeing. I never feel that he is hurrying my appointment just to get to the next patient. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.
