Came in on referral from my doctor. Got there, went to the back with a short nurse who had me going from the start. Snobby, cuts you off mid sentence, acts like you're wasting her time etc. blood pressure spiked which showed when she checked. Then she asked me questions that I had just answered in their packet they make you fill out. I said everything is in the packet that you've asked. Did my doctor not also send my medical history over? She says just answer the questions I'm asking I'll ask multiple questions on the packet. I said what's the point of, she cuts me off again very rude like and says I'll be asking questions either way and so I cut her off and told my wife let's go. I will not support a business that has anything to do with this lady. No customer service skills, and thinks she's above everyone who's paying her bills. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was referred to PCC from Banner hospital after being diagnosed with CHF. I've been with Tredder now for 3+ years. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired. The first visit we kinda put off as a bad day. The second visit was following up on tests, which basically was "normal". However how can a stress test be normal whenever I couldn't complete it? He said...Your obesity is the problem. I actively lost 120lbs with no improvement on my symptoms. Two visits ago I went for cardiac clearance and he was pretty much yelling at me...How my pcp can order the labs, he shouldn't have to do it, and that my pcp can fill my cardiac meds as well. Was a huge manbaby fit that was completely inappropriate. That didn't settle well with me and I told the OM that I wouldn't tolerate being disrespected by a physician I PAY FOR. We set an appointment for last week so that I could ask for a more updated echo and stress test. Try to discuss my concerns. The MA's came and did their work. They went out, told him I was ready. He basically berratated them(which I could hear every single word) as to why I was there...He didn't ask for me to do a 6mo. Fine...I'll gonsee her and came in with a whatcha doing here. Pretty much sounded like he was pissed that I was back. He basically agreed to the echo and denied the stress test. Saying it was unnecessary. Mmmkkk. The clinical indications for CHF typically require these tests to happen every year or every other year. This way if there is a change, it's caught quickly, and treatment can start. My SOB is getting worse, my bp does have dangerous spikes, my HR is always high. He's never addressed those issues beyond...Your fat.
Tbh. I'm keeping my appointment for the echo and I'll be leaving the practice. Additionally it's also fairly rude for him to ask clinical questions and cut you off so he can dictate in the room. Why is my insurance getting charged for a 20 minute high level visit when half of the time he's doing his charting instead of listening and helping? For these reasons I do not suggest him as a provider.
Staff is literally their saving grace. F/O and B/O get 5 stars. Tredder gets zero. My review is based on my experience as a retired medical professional. I worked with cardiovascular surgeons as a RN/Surgery assistant. The attitude is kinda normal for the subspeciality which is why I've tolerated it for this long. However I will not tolerate someone playing with my life. Had I not referred myself to pulmonary I'd just be sitting here getting less care than I needed for my heart condition. Never trust a doctor that treats their staff like crap nor will I go to a doctor that treats patients like their a burden. Adios!! PCC.

Took my mom on January 5th to Dr Solsi. Dr Solsi said she was fine and to continue the medicine even though my mom could barely breathe and was with zero energy. I ran out of that place and quickly found another cardiologist at Cedar's. Right away she had a heart monitor that determined her heart was not beating for a few seconds and scheduled her for a pacemaker. Pacemaker surgery was done on a 911 basis and they were present at the hospital for surgery. Surgery was in April and now my mom does not have shortness of breath and is back to normal activities. She has the opportunity to be with us longer thanks to Cedar's.

i had spoken to the "financial advisor" and she was the most rude person they could have found to talk to people about their finances. Completely deaf to what you are saying and unapologetically unprofessional from the get go. Do better, and find people who enjoy what they do. Nice way to make people feel good about their unexpected heart problems!

Something happened on the treadmill. Not angry called to let my Doc know to postpone a test. Left messages. No call back. Peace out.
