Really odd visit. Didn't say hello, no handshake, no introduction. He kept staring at me. It was really weird. Then he just kind of left the room and didn't say anything. Checkout was also strange, just not friendly. I gave two stars because I think he probably knows his stuff but I'm not going to go back.
Excellent experience and great care! Explained everything, answered questions, made sure that testing needed was done and took time to honestly care. I had a terrific experience with this office!
I was able to get a much-needed appointment for the next day! Staff was very friendly and efficient. The young lady who did my EKG was delightful. Dr Cool (such a great name) was very nice and when I asked for a prescription refill, it was done immediately and I got a text it was ready within 2 hours. I was thoroughly impressed with this office and will be a new patient here
As always, Dr. Cool and his staff were very friendly and helpful! Dr. Cool is easy to talk with and only keeps his patients waiting if there is an emergency. (He was also my husband's Primary Doctor for ten years.) I highly recommend him!
Very enjoyable doctor he listens to everything you have to say and explains things completely and so anyone could understand. He truly seems to care about his patients concerns and takes his time with them. I very much appreciated that. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like anyone was in a hurry to get rid of me.
