Dr. Aggarwal was actually easy to communicate with but moving fast and didn't inspire any confidence when he spent all of 10 seconds reviewing a report and then telling me 'you're all good'. The challenge seemed to be more with a staff that was simply not paying attention. The nurse who took my vitals was disengaged, and tried to take my blood pressure with my arm elevated (then wondered why my BP was measuring low). Instead of taking my vitals, she asked me to guess and then filled my chart. Lastly, staff was supposed to follow up the day after to coordinate a couple of new appointments. Six days later, I've not received a single call or email from them.
