The staff, top to bottom, has always treated me professionally, has been informative and courteously. I have always been treated friendly and like the person I was interacting with was interested in me and my concerns. I have never dealt like I was treated as a number in a queue, like I have at most other medical offices.
A welcoming staff and easy ipod questionnaire when you sit down, and actually seen within a short time of when the appointment is scheduled for. In addition, Dr. Feringa is a friendly and thorough cardiologist.
The staff is great, friendly and they listed to my concerns without brushing them aside. And I think that counts for a lot these days. Your initial appointment might take a little while to get, but once you are in they will set up the several you made need right afterwards.
Dr Feringa is excellent! Knowledge, kind, actually listens. And doesn't mess around. Does what is needed to keep his patients as healthy as possible.
The staff was very friendly and efficient and Dr Scully was very proactive on our behalf. And the billing staff got our information correct. Medicare is not our primary and so often other providers wrongly bill and cause delays or non payment. Being accurate in billing is a relief.
