The worst care I've ever had! My doctor showed little to no care in finding out what was wrong with me even though two other doctors had sent me over. She rushed in and out, and didn't even take a look at the area that I was therefore. And in the end, she told me to resume a medicine which I was toxic to, and was the whole reason I was there. She had no idea what she was talking about. The nurses and intake were fine. It was just the level of care. I wish we had more places to choose from because these doctors do not care. if I had a choice, I really would never go here again

Off cruise ship for sister's gallbladder. Awesome staff and hospital... everyone was so kind, patient and helpful. Dr. Greer and Dr. Dannhardt both superior doctors! Nurses were great, Jacob is one name that sticks in my head-what a patient man! And, being able to stay at Bartlett House instead of going to a hotel further away & no car was so awesome! I can't say enough about this place and the people!!

Writing this review while in the ER. It has been over 5 hours since I last seen the doctor initially, have not heard back on imaging results in the same, and was just told that they are very full now. The nurses have been great and compassionate, got right into imaging 5 hours ago, but clearly the Doctor's are understaffed and unable to handle the significant amount of visitors who cause the ER demand to swell--or so it has been mentioned. Suggest adding another doctor in summer season or bringing on a demand doctor to assist. Lastly, ER rooms should be cleaned better between uses, there was a crushed white pill on the floor under the bed and what appears to be dried blood on the floor under the bed as well.

My father crushed and broke his finger. He also had a large gash on it bleeding all over. The nurse that came in was amazing and had a great personality. As well as the man that came in to do the x-ray. My only complaint is that when we first got to the emergency waiting room it seemed like it took forever to get help. We sat there for 10-15min before someone even came out to look at his hand. There was nobody else in the waiting room so it didn't seem like they were busy.
