The Heart center is awesome. I highly recommend Harold Jackson at the Heart clinic/center. I have seen my fair share of doctors but they would always talk above me and I would not understand most of what they would say. I started seeing Harold Jackson and honestly will never change providers again. He has taken time to really listen and explained in ways that i can understand. He takes the time to make sure I understand whats going on or going to be done. I have seen a lot of doctors over the last few years and i can 1000 percent say this is truly the first time I fully trust the provider. He is honest with you and treats you with dignity . Some doctors would just tell you and not have good bed side manners . Mr. Jackson is always professional and caring . He is very knowledgeable and treats you like a human being. For the longest time doctors would treat me like I was crazy but Mr Jackson helped me and is still currently helping me. I tell everyone I know about Harold Jackson . To be honest if he ever leaves the clinic he might as well take my medical chart with him because Im going with.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tracy Williams, NP. From the moment you walk into the room, she makes you feel seen, heard, and cared for. Tracy takes the time to listen without rushing, asks thoughtful questions, and explains every step of your care plan in a way that makes sense. It's clear she truly wants the best for her patients--not just medically, but personally as well. What stands out most is her compassion and attention to detail. She remembers past conversations, checks in on how things are going, and treats you like a person, not just a patient. You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and that she views her work as a calling, not just a job. In a world where healthcare often feels impersonal and rushed, Tracy is a breath of fresh air. She combines deep medical knowledge with kindness and empathy, making every appointment a positive experience. I always leave her office feeling reassured, informed, and cared for. If you are looking for a provider who truly listens, takes your concerns seriously, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care, I wholeheartedly recommend Tracy Williams, NP. She is one of the best!

Dr. Mitchell has been taking care of me for years. I thank God for him and his staff. They are so very caring, loving and knowledgeable.

I love dr mitchell and mrs Kelly!! They took care of me! Tracy on the other hand is so rude and doesn't care and everything is anxiety to her! you come to to the clinic because you have chest pain correct?! She goes off old labs and mind you labs change everyday things change everyday! she went off my first ultrasound that didn't show blood clots and tried to tell me I didn't have any in my arm and in fact I had two confirmations that there are blood clots in my arm! See things change and pop up! The staff treated me so rudely last time didn't even put me in a room! my blood work has flipped flopped so much because I was sick with something also kept getting low sodium and potassium as well calcium and d dimer!! If your young it's automatically ANXIETY! when your calm and your heart rate is flying and that's not normal! stop assuming everything is anxiety! Mrs Kelly was so wonderful to me and cared I was about to pass out in the office and I was so weak! Dr Mitchell was wonderful as well when I seen him in the hospital! anxiety isnt going to do stuff to your kidney blood work and such or have blood in your stool and your blood pressure drop!! So stop it!! Thats all I gotta say and when I see dr mitchell in April I will definitely be telling him my experience

I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to see Dr Mitchell. He spent 2 minutes in the room with me and kept trying to get up and leave before my questions were answered. Instead of spending the time explaining anything to me he had the receptionist print me off "how to take care of yourself at home" instructions that might as well have come from Wikipedia. Plan to spend your entire day waiting and leave without any answers.
