Had a follow up appointment for a echocardigram done on November 26 2025. However, even though I call on Monday December 1st to confirm my appointment for December 3, 2025, to get the results. Low and behold, my appointment had been scheduled for December 3, 2026!!! Can you believe that!. My doctor, whom I was scheduled to see, does not work on Wednesday, and the Nurse Practitioner is booked up. After taking time from work for this, I am totally disgusted. Who does this!!! Now I have to hope that the Nurse Practitioner will accept a double booking so that I can be seen this month! Please, you guys have got to do better. It seems that I the only one who is inconvenience, and please tell me the fairness in this, please.

I would give these people minus all stars. This is the worst place to go for anything to do with you heart or anything to do with your body. I had a procedure called the watchman. I was told I was a very good candidate for this operation. So I agreed to the procedure. Well the doctor miscalculated on the size of the closure on my heart,and now I am like a double jeopardy kind of thing..He created another pocket that can collect blood and create a blood clot. So it was all for nothing. And I was not offered any compensation for the amount of money that I spent. And I have been charged 3 times for follow up appointments. The bookkeepers are a poor excuse for what they do. They have tried to charge me twice for a failed procedure. And they did charge my insurance twice, and I finally called them and reported MCA. Now I am being targeted for any thing and everything on the billing process. They sent me a bill for $10.00 . For what I don't know. I sent them a check for $20.00 ,and they sent it back with a note that I was paid in full. I have no balance owed. Just today they sent me another bill for $10.00 again. Here we go again

I strongly recommend you find a more honest cardiologist office. My experience with the doctor and NP were great. Its the extra billing practices they like to do that is the issue. Instead of processing my visit to the NP on 6/19 as a Dr's visit, they billed it so they would charge for the NP and then the facilities. This made me have 2 bills. One was covered by my copay, $35. The other bill they recently sent me is for the facilities, $191.46. That means for an appointment to see a nurse practitioner, with insurance, is $226.46. I spoke with the insurance company, the entire reason is because of them billing it separately. MCA basically said it was Baptist Health's fault. However, I see multiple doctors associated with Baptist Health. This is the only doctor who does this type of shady dealing. In closing, the actual care provided is good, but admin and billing ruined a good office. I strongly recommend you find a more trustworthy office to do your dealing with.

THE STAFF IS GREAT. BUT ITS ALWAYS SO HARD TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ITS RIDICULOUS!! I WAITED 42MINUTES ON THE PHONE! THEN THEY DON'T TELL YOU IF YOU GO WINTON BLOUNT THAT THEY CHARGE YOU $250! BUNCH OF BS

I'd give zero stars if I could. My wife sent her Emergency Room records to schedule an appointment and Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates PC didn't receive the fax... twice. Perhaps a technical problem, but that cost her TWO days after visiting the ER for heart palpitations and other worrying concerns. After emailing the records, she was told that the first available was in OVER a month. Not only that, but she was told they can't even look for a sooner appointment due to the emergency nature until a "patient coordinator" calls. Which might be Monday. They never called. Once a patient gets in to see them, they might be great. I'm sure everyone working here are good people, but their systems are not set up to help people who need help with any kind of urgency. Find an alternative.
