I have returned a message call 8 times Denna, if you would had left an extension I would not be wasting my time associating with theses telepromos. It really is pathetic how you all operate customer service, think that is a sign I need to find a more reliable physician since nobody will answer a call. Don't apology to me just admit ones errors as an adult, too many adults will not admit their failure toward customer, and frankly I am fed with unreliable services from ones who say one thing but do opposit, and doctors aren't exempt neither.
