Dr. Howard L. Brazil, MD

I am very dissatisfied with this office. My dad who has been a client for over 10 years is in a wait-and-see loop for a major surgery due to this office. After following all of their directions for an echocardiogram and stress test , they have yet to send the results to surgeons in Birmingham. After reassuring us that the results would be sent in time for a scheduled surgery, they have still not been received...and the surgery has to be rescheduled. The surgeon's office has requested the information several times and is being told the results were sent. Each time I or the other medical entity has called we are sent to the answering machines of nurses and managers that will not answer. I'm disappointed at their lack of concern for the continued well being of their client, as well as their lack of professionalism and courtesy to another requesting medical agency. As of this post, we are still being referred to nurses and managers who are not answering our request nor those of the other medical agencies involved.

My Mom came to Dr. Brazil through the ER. He has been wonderful doing this pandemic with family not at bedside. My Mom is 90 years old. We can't thank him enough!

Dr Brazil and all of his people have been great. My father, brother, aunt and husband have all received the best treatment and we are very pleased.

My appointments keep getting cancelled and I never get notified about it. This office is very dysfunctional. I have left word for the office manager to call me and no response. I am very upset as to the careless nature of this office.

Always professional. Always quality treatment. Dr. Brazil has been a lifesaver. Literally.
