I have been a patient of Dr. Burns for over twenty years. While his bedside manner might not be for some people he is an excellent cardiologist and he truly does care for his patients. He has a very dry sense of humor and if you are easily offended he can be taken the wrong way. Dr. Burns has gone out of his way to insure my good health, not only my heart, but referring me to other specialists when he believes it is necessary. Everyone at the practice is wonderful and I whole heartedly recommend them.

Dr. Burns genuinely cares about his patients' well being and it shows. He explains test results in detail. There is often a lot of information so you might want to ask if you can record it on your phone so you can go over it again at home. He has taken great care of both me and my aged mother. I don't think I could find a more caring and capable doctor.

I went to see Dr Burns after years of anxiety having scary heart issues that would worry anyone! He was very rude the day I met him cutting me off anytime I tried to say anything.. Today I went for my follow up and I preceeded to tell him Ive been treated for anxiety and feel like a new person! He said" I don't know where you got your medical degree, but I can help you lose that 6 pound melon head and that double chin turkey neck" yes I'm over weight from TEN YEARS OF AGONIZING BACK PAIN BUT I'VE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED
